I saw this post and loved it! We truly believe that eating the right foods makes you look and feel better, so seeing Olive Oil on this list made my day! Of course, the higher quality olive oil, the more benefits you get from it, so make sure you use only Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The higher the polyphenols, the more anti-oxidants you get, which helps fight all the aging diseases. This article doesn’t mention it, but applying olive oil to your skin directly also helps fight dry skin. Which is good to know, especially here in Utah!
