Delicious chicken perfect for adding to salads, pitas and more.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs chicken breast or thighs cut into cubes
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup MTOO California Garlic Olive Oil Or MTOO Fused Lemon Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp MTOO Greek Seasoning
- ½ tsp salt or to taste
- Optional – add 2-4 garlic cloves to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large freezer bag or airtight container. Mix everything together well to coat each piece of chicken. Marinate for at least 2 hours up to overnight.
- Meanwhile, soak wooden skewers. Place them in a large baking dish and over with water. Soak for 1-2 hours
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Skewer the pieces of chicken, leaving about ½” at each end.
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for about 3 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate and serve.
- These skewers are great to add to pitas, in a Greek salad or dipping into tzatziki
