Parmesan Crusted Roasted Potatoes

  • 10-12 small red or Yukon gold potatoes, cut in half
  • 3 tbsp Herbs de Provence Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Butter Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Flavor Bomb spice blend
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and Pepper


  • Turn the oven on to 400 degrees. Add your oils to your baking dish and set in the oven to warm.
  • Cut potatoes in half and score length and width
  • In a small bowl, combine cheese and 2 tablespoons of the herb seasoning, salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Add the herb and cheese mix to the warmed oils and mix until it forms a paste.
  • Place potatoes, cut side down, into the pan.
  • Sprinkle the tops of the potatoes with additional parmesan cheese.
  • Bake potatoes, uncovered, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
