Parmesan Crusted Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 10-12 small red or Yukon gold potatoes, cut in half
- 3 tbsp Herbs de Provence Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Butter Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Flavor Bomb spice blend
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Turn the oven on to 400 degrees. Add your oils to your baking dish and set in the oven to warm.
- Cut potatoes in half and score length and width
- In a small bowl, combine cheese and 2 tablespoons of the herb seasoning, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Add the herb and cheese mix to the warmed oils and mix until it forms a paste.
- Place potatoes, cut side down, into the pan.
- Sprinkle the tops of the potatoes with additional parmesan cheese.
- Bake potatoes, uncovered, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
