Blood Orange Grilled Scallops or Shrimp
  • 2tbsp. Scallionsminced
  • 1clove Garlicminced
  • 1/4cup MTOO Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • 1/4tsp. Chili Pasteoptional
  • 1lb ScallopsOR
  • 1lb Shrimp
  1. Combine scallions, garlic, Blood Orange Olive oil & black pepper in a bowl. For an extra kick add the chili paste.
  2. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Thread scallops onto skewers and grill over medium heat for 8 minutes. Turn several times during cooking and baste with remaining marinade.
  4. Serve over pasta or basmati rice.
