Chimichurri Sauce
  • 1/4cup parsleyroughly chopped
  • 3tbls MTOO Jalapeno Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2tbls oregano leaves
  • 2tsp crushed red pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2cup MTOO Garlic Olive Oil
  1. In a food processor, combine the parsley, vinegar, oregano and crushed red pepper. Process until smooth; season with salt and pepper. Transfer the sauce to a bowl and pour the olive oil over the mixture. Let stand for at least 20 minutes.
