Ingredients
  • 1.5cup kalamata olivespitted
  • 2each anchovy filets
  • 3tbsp capersrinsed
  • 1.5tbsp parsleychopped
  • 1.5tbsp basilchopped
  • 3tbsp MTOO Jalapeno Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2tsp Chimichurri Spice Blend
  • 1/4cup MTOO Gremolata Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. In the bowl of a food processor, add all of the ingredients except the olive oil. While the machine is running, drizzle the gremolata olive oil slowly until combined well but still a little textured.
