Course Marinades & Dressings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup MTOO Traditional 18 yr Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 cup MTOO Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp. Honey
- 2 Shallots small, minced
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together 18-Year Balsamic, mustard, honey, shallots, salt and pepper.
- Gradually whisk in the olive oil, blending well.
Notes
Leftover vinaigrette may be stored in the refrigerator for two weeks
