Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Marjoram dried
  • 1/2 cup Hungarian Paprika
  • 1/4 cup Ancho Chili Powder
  • 1/4 cup Onion Powder
  • 1/4 cup Dried Lemon Peel
  • 1/2 cup Sage rubbed
  • 2 tbsp. Salt
  • 2 tbsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Celery Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients.
  • Rub on meat of choice.

Notes

Use this rub on poultry — especially nice on game birds!
