Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Marjoram dried
- 1/2 cup Hungarian Paprika
- 1/4 cup Ancho Chili Powder
- 1/4 cup Onion Powder
- 1/4 cup Dried Lemon Peel
- 1/2 cup Sage rubbed
- 2 tbsp. Salt
- 2 tbsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. Celery Seeds
Instructions
- Combine ingredients.
- Rub on meat of choice.
Notes
Use this rub on poultry — especially nice on game birds!
