We have been on Historic Main Street in Park City since 2009. We encourage our customers to taste and create their own unique flavors, while enjoying the unique environment of our tasting room.

Just put out 2 new Northern Hemisphere EVOO’s. A mild Koroneiki from Portugal with a smoke point of 390 degrees and a medium Hojiblanca from Spain with a smoke point of 365. Did you know smoke point directly correlates to the level of Free Fatty acid? The lower the FFA, the higher the smoke point. These oils have a FFA at .12 and .17 respectively. Internationally accepted standards for FFA is 0.8 so these are well below what you find in the grocery store. FFA is a destabilizer in oils so the higher the FFA, the more likely your oil is to go rancid or spoil quickly.
