Add to pitas, dip veggies or drizzle over grilled chicken.
Ingredients
- ½ cup finely grated cucumber
- 1 cup thick whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tbsp MTOO California Garlic Olive Oil
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp MTOO Greek Seasoning
- 1-2 grated garlic cloves optional
Instructions
- Place the cucumber on a towel and gently squeeze out a bit of the excess water.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, Greek Seasoning. Chill until ready to use.
Notes
Garlic cloves are optional here, as the recipe calls for garlic olive oil and the Greek Seasoning which has garlic. So depending on your preference, add at will! This dip is great for pitas with our Skewered Greek Chicken, dipping veggies and so much more.
