“We are doing the Whole30 plan for 30 days, and I’m so happy to have so many flavored olive oils from Mountaintown Olive Oil!
I’ve used the Roasted Garlic, Black Pepper, Chipotle, Butter, Gremolata, Neopolitan Herb, Tuscan Herb, Mushroom & Sage, and Sesame oils…(so far)…and I’ve used the Oglio Olio, Country Cajun Spice, Fresh Catch, Viva Italia spice blends to give a little “zip” to our meals.
…and I put a swig of White Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar in my sparkling water for a “mocktail.” When I ran out of the Raspberry I tried the Pomegranate Quince Balsamic and I loved it. (I picked up 2 more bottles of raspberry on Friday!).

“Blueberries? Vinegar? Together? Yum! I cannot wait to try this, I can only imginae how divine it would be atop an arugula salad. Perfect for warm weather, or at least dreams of warmer weather. I’m usually fine with a balsamic vinaigrette for dressing, but this might ruin me for that simplicity”
