Description
Our 2025 Cobrançosa Reserve was harvested and processed in under an hour from trees grown in rocky soil. This particular batch displays bitter, herbaceous notes of radicchio and salad greens with pronounced floral notes on the back and loads of pungency. Made in a low oxygen environment to preserve the phenolic content and the overall chemistry, while reducing oxidation markers.
