Our Miller’s Reserve is an olive grove blend comprised of single Estate Arbosana and Koroneiki varieties. It is balanced and displays floral notes followed by banana with a creamy center and a pleasing peppery finish. Made in a low oxygen environment to preserve the phenolic content and the overall chemistry, while reducing oxidation markers.
