Welcome to Mountain Town Olive Oil. Our mission is to provide our customers with the best olive oils and vinegars the planet has to offer. We are here to help you find exactly what you need to make your cooking fantastic.

We have been on Historic Main Street in Park City since 2009.  We encourage our customers to taste and create their own unique flavors, while enjoying the unique environment of our tasting room.

Private Next Course classes – this is a great way to socialize with friends, taste delicious food and learn how to incorporate oils and vinegars into your daily cooking routine. Contact us to schedule and learn more.

Custom Gifting Program

    We were in Park City December 23rd through the 28th of 2021. We were in the store twice once on the 24th and once on the 27th. Our first time was so fun!! We tasted many things, bought items and had a wonderful time visiting with the store keeper and learning so much about the oils and vinegars!! We were so so excited to bring our kids back after their days of skiing since they love to cook and we’re married in Italy. When we came in the second time with our kids it was extremely, extremely disappointing!!!!!! The store keeper (a different one) was very rude and didn’t want to help us at all. If this would have been our first visit we definitely would not have ever returned!!😢😢😢. It made us very sad because we love your products so much!!!

    Not a comment… just a question for Jessica. Quite a few of my past orders do not show up in my order summary… hundreds of dollars worth ordered both over the phone and on the web site. I make orders more than once a year and send gifts to friends and the orders do not show up as purchases on my account. I’m not sure how to change this. Also, I have never received any credits. By now, I should have more than 4. It would be helpful if there was a link on the home page to sign in to our account to make sure we are credited with our orders — I have the feeling my orders don’t get credited to my account.     When we “complete” your order in the backend of the website, it usually means it has shipped. You should have received shipping information from Ship Station with tracking. Please let me know if not — best way to communicate with us is by calling the shop at 435.649.1400 so we can help you immediately.

    So glad you hear you enjoyed the party. It was a fun group! Yes, just replace the blood orange olive oil for vegetable oil in the recipe. I used Ghiradelli Double Chocolate brownie mix that night and used 1/3 cup Blood Orange Olive Oil. Yum!

    Hi Jessica – in June, my girl group had a great time at our tasting, that benefited Peace House. Thank you for donating the event at the bling fling silent auction. At our event you served brownies made with blood orange olive oil – and they were delicious. Do you substitute the same amount of oil that the recipe calls for – I.e., 1 cup of Wesson Oil = 1 cup of blood orange?

    Maybe as an addition to your gift baskets with your label on it.

    I called the Provo store today because the cork had fallen inside my bottle. They said they would provide a new bottle if I brought it in. I got the impression they would not try to get it out.     Hi Alison, I usually just email customers the nutritional facts panels… but the easy answer is no gluten. No malt vinegar (just balsamic, which contains naturally occurring sulfites). Happy to send you the panels if you would like!

    so glad you are enjoying everything! I fill the bottle with hot soapy water (using dish soap), rinse, then put in the dishwasher on the bottom level. They come out perfect!

    Hi Carolyn,
    For everyday, I like our Arbequina. It is a medium intensity olive oil that is good for just about every application. For finishing oils, I like a higher polyphenol oil because it has so many great antioxidants. Our highest polyphenol oil right now is called FS-17 with polyphenols of 499! Peppery and bitter, it leaves a wonderful taste! Hope this helps!
