Fruit Salad

One of my favorite ways to start off the day is mix up a bowl of delicious fresh fruit, from berries to your favorite farmers market finds. Whether you are going for a tropical plate with pineapple, kiwis and mangos or something for all tastes (blueberries, apples, bananas and strawberries) just add a drizzle of your favorite balsamic vinegar over the top and you will have a taste sensation that is a guaranteed crowd pleaser. Some suggestions include the White Peach Balsamic, the Coconut or the Sicilian Lemon for just that right kick.

Peachy Fruit Salad
This delicious fruit salad is even better with a splash of Peach Balsamic vinegar
Ingredients
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup pineapple chopped
- 2 each kiwis chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint or to taste
- 2 tbsp MTOO White Peach Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
- Mix all the fruit and mint together in a bowl. Drizzle with the Peach Balsamic to taste.
