Artichoke and White Bean Dip

My absolute favorite dip for book club, dinner parties or just an afternoon snack. Just requires a can of white beans, a can of artichoke hearts and a blender. Drizzle in the Tuscan Herb olive oil for a flavor treat.

Artichoke and White Bean Dip
Super easy, super delicious, super healthy, this dip will be your go to dip for summer BBQs and parties.
Ingredients
- 1 can Artichoke Hearts drained
- 1 can White Beans drained
- 2 tbsp MTOO Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp MTOO Viva Italia Spice Blend
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor except salt and pepper until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Drizzle a little more Tuscan Herb olive oil over the top and serve with vegetables or crackers.
