A juicy tart raspberry and luscious white balsamic come together in this bright and versatile infused balsamic.  Excellent for shrubs, in mixed cocktails or as a glaze over fruit. Delicious as a marinade for chicken or pork.  Try mixing with the Fused Lemon Olive Oil or the Fused Orange Olive Oil for a salad dressing (delicious on spinach!). Or mix with the Green Chili oil for a glaze on salmon or shrimp.
