Try it in sparkling water, cocktails, shrubs and kombucha. Lovely as a simple dressing over fresh cut-up stone fruit, a marinade for fresh cut cubes of melon, adorning cheese plates, as a component of marinades, dressings, and dipping sauces. Pairs well with any EVOO, Lemon Olive Oil, Orange Olive Oil, Garlic Olive Oil, Basil Olive Oil and Pepper.
