Tuscan Herb & Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • 1/2 cup MTOO Traditional 18 yr Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cup MTOO Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp. Honey
  • 2 Shallots small, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper


  • Whisk together 18-Year Balsamic, mustard, honey, shallots, salt and pepper.
  • Gradually whisk in the olive oil, blending well.


Leftover vinaigrette may be stored in the refrigerator for two weeks
