Blueberries? Vinegar? Together? Yum! I cannot wait to try this, I can only imagine how divine it would be atop an arugula salad. Perfect for warm weather, or at least dreams of warmer weather. I’m usually fine with a balsamic vinaigrette for dressing, but this might ruin me for that simplicity

This vinegar is superb! I am staying at a friend’s house and I am on here to buy here a new bottle because I have consumed so much of it hah! It’s especially good with salads with bitter type lettuces, basil, cherry tomatoes and cracked fresh pepper. The combo of the bitter, sweet and peppery is just so good.
