Made with fresh Persian limes, which are also known as Tahiti or Bears lime. They are less acidic and bitter than key limes. Pairs well with just about any balsamic vinegar but especially outstanding with: Coconut, Black Currant, Pomegranate and Cherry.
Pro Tip: Drizzle Persian Lime Olive Oil over steamed broccoli or asparagus and top with Parmesan cheese for a delicious and healthy side.
