- 1 each 28oz can of tomatoes
- 1 pint spicy canned tomatoes
- 1 cup water add if too thick for desired consistancy
- 2 each tomatoes diced
- 2 each cucmbers peeled and diced
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 1 each Anaheim chili diced and deseede
- 1 each yellow bell pepper diced
- 1 each red bell pepper diced
- 1/2 each red onion diced
- 1 each green apple peeled and diced
- 1 each lime squeezed
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 1/8 cup MTOO Basil Olive Oil
- 1/8 cup MTOO Persian Lime Olive Oil
- 1 tbls MTOO Baklouti Green Chile Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup MTOO Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
- Mix all ingredients together and add water to desired consistency. Salt and Pepper to taste.
