Ingredients
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon MTOO Jalapeno Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon MTOO Steak Y'er Claim Grillin' Blend generous tablespoon
- 1 pound fresh lump or jumbo lump crab meat picked over
- 1 tablespoon chives minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley minced
- ¾ cup panko-style bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons HARISSA OLIVE OIL
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, mayonnaise, balsamic, Worcestershire sauce, and Steak Y'er Claim grillin’ blend. In a separate bowl, gently stir together the crabmeat, herbs and panko. Fold in the mayonnaise mixture. Form the mixture into 16 patties.
- Heat the butter and the harissa oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until foaming and shimmering. Add the crab cakes and cook until golden and crispy for 3 to 5 minutes per side. Serve hot with the remoulade.
