Our Cinnamon Pear Balsamic is warm, sweet, and spicy with hints of ripe Anjou pear. Wonderful as a glaze for ham, seared duck breast, in dressings or as a dessert sauce for ice cream. This delightful vinegar is perfect drizzled over fresh fruit and is a great match with many of our sweeter, fruity oils. Pairs well with the Lime Olive Oil for the perfect marinade for pork loin.
