My whole family loves MTOO! It’s a treat for us to go there. I love to roast carrots with either the Rosemary or Blood Orange EVOO. Coconut Balsamic is delish with greek yogurt and blueberries. We keep a shelf stocked with oils and vinegars at all times. The staff is great to work with and gives us fun pairing suggestions when we go in. We’ve taken friends there as part of a double date — and they all fall in love with MTOO. 🙂

I purchased two of their balsamic vinegars (coconut and peach) and hot dang! If you wanted to, you could drink them straight outta the bottle and not be disappointed. I’d totally recommend them to anyone. They work well as salad dressings, but are so versatile they could elevate any dish. I’m looking forward to trying more of their balsamic vinegars as well as olive oils because the quality is certainly there.
