Description
This aged Balsamic Vinegar is amazingly complex, with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee. It makes a fantastic glaze or bar-b-que base for pork, beef or chicken. Add a shot to an Òaffogatto floatÓ, which calls for a tall mug of vanilla gelato scoops covered with coffee. Perfect for marinades on steak and pork; pairs well with the Chipotle or Harissa Olive Oils.
Pro Tip: Drizzle Espresso Balsamic Vinegar on ice cream or pound cake for a delectable dessert.

I am anxious to use the espresso vinegar on some ice cream, and I can’t wait to try the Sicilian lemon balsamic in my water (vinegar in your daily water…who knew???)!”

Tried many types of olive oils and balsamics. The chocolate/coffee flavored balsamic was the absolute winner.”
