Ingredients: Grape must, white wine vinegar, naturally occurring sulfites.

Yesterday, I used this as a marinade for grilled salmon on the BBQ. I used a little olive oil and the Sicilian Lemon vinegar and left the salmon marinating for 20 minutes on each side. Then grilled. It was outstanding!!!! Today, I used the leftover salmon (yes there was a little bit) to make a lunch angel hair pasta with salmon. Butter, garlic, chives and salmon. I used the Sicilian Lemon vinegar on the side to add as everyone’s taste dictated. Another fabulous meal. The vinegar’s sweet and tangy but really smooth lemon flavor just makes it! Awesome.

I am anxious to use the espresso vinegar on some ice cream, and I can’t wait to try the Sicilian lemon balsamic in my water (vinegar in your daily water…who knew???)!

The EVOO are absolutely delicious. My favorite balsamic vinegar is the Sicilian Lemon which I use on tomato, cucumber and avocado salads. We just discovered that the flavored Butter olive oil on popcorn or egg noodles is perfect. For gifts, we buy the smaller balsamic vinegars or spice blends. Everyone loves them. Fast service and excellent products at an affordable price. I can’t ask for anything else.
