Of course Mountain Town Olive Oil has fantastic olive oils and I love every one of them….but the Balsamics, now those are amazing! My favorite is the 18 Year Traditional Balsamic. I can drink that right out of the bottle. I put it on everything! Beet salad, cucumber salad, a little gorgonzola, pine nuts, basil….YUM! And the flavors, grapefruit, lavender, you need to try them all. Some are even delicious on desserts. I have most of the flavors and I’m working thru the rest! This time I ordered some of the dipping Herbs, can’t wait to try it. Good Stuff!!!!!
